Background
Nicholas Langenkamp grew up in a small town in Southern Ohio. The oldest of nine kids and home schooled, he learned at a young age the importance of working in groups and leading with honor and clarity. After graduating high school he moved down to Florida with his family and attended the University of South Florida (Go Bulls) as a commuter student. He received a BA in English Literature and graduated with high grades, while also maintaining employment throughout. Being from a large family, it was his responsibility to make sure he was able to pay for his college career and he learned the value of hard work and familial support during this journey.
Nicholas Langenkamp attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated in 2017. During his law school career, he interned as a certified legal intern with the Public Defender’s Office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. During his internship he handled his first criminal law cases, successfully trying seven cases to good results for the clients.
In 2019 Nicholas Langenkamp began working for the the Public Defender’s Office for the Tenth Judicial Circuit in Polk County Florida. During his time at this office he routinely handled hundreds of cases at a time and dealt with a variety of legal issues beginning in misdemeanor court and all the way up through felony court and mental health courts.
During his tenure with the Public Defender’s Office, Nicholas Langenkamp handled every aspect of Criminal Law Practice, including: First Appearances, Violations of Probation, Mental Health and Competency Courts, County Court (Misdemeanor Crimes), and Circuit Court (Felony Crimes). Ken Eulo has litigated and resolved countless criminal cases. He has taken over 30 criminal cases to trial, including Sexual Battery, Burglary, Battery, DUI Manslaughter, Lewd and Lascivious Conduct, Domestic Violence regular DUI, and more.
